Mutiara Roofing sheets are manufactured by using premier quality Al-Zn alloy coated steel and pre-painted galvanized steel. In general two grades of steel are used for roof and wall cladding applications, which are 550 MPa and 240 MPa respectively. In general 550 MPa materials are called as high tensile steel. In general high tensile steel (550 MPa) is preferred for roof and wall cladding especially in coastal areas because of its inherent properties and benefits.

Ultra Purlins are delivered in strapped bundles. The actual quantities in each bundle will vary according to the section type, size and length. Each bundle mass is generally limited to 1.2 tones for local delivery. Proper export packing is containerized shipment or loose cargo shipment will allow 1.6 tones for export delivery.
